Easy Millet Pancakes
1 cup millet flakes
1 cup rice milk
1 beaten egg
1/2 tsp baking powder
— whisk it all together and let it stand about 5 minutes
— cook in your favorite oil/fat
** serve with berries or maple syrup
** watch the smiles ;-)))
Buy Millet Flakes in COOP… called Hirseflocken in German or Millet in French. You can also try quinoa flakes if you find them.
* I chose rice milk because I’m lactose intolerant. You could also use normal cow’s milk.
